Cookie Addiction Public Service Announcement

Check out this hilarious video if you have ever felt trapped by a hopeless addiction to Girl Scout Cookies. I don't think I have to name any names here, but I will. Yeah, Nicole- You know who you are. And you, Miss Sassy, We all KNOW you've munched more than you pre-ordered. And you- Oh Nancy the Dancer. yeah, you once confessed that your daughter BECAME a Girl Scout because you thought you'd get a discount. Need I go further? Yeah- I thought so. Just watch the video. And if, up until this point, you've managed to contain your Girl Scout Cookie addiction, please take this video as a warning. This could happen to you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

100ish things about me

I've seen other bloggers do this, and it's always fun. But I can't think of 101 at a time, so I'll just add to it occasionally until I get to 101. Here goes:

1. I invent lame graphic visualizations when I'm tired. Like this;
"My version of burning the candle at both ends is to juggle a flaming ball of wax"
2. I've given birth in a hospital, a kitchen, a car, a bedroom and two bathrooms
3. I stopped writing nasty letters because I was really good at it
4. I get laryngitis regularly. Someone once told me it's because I don't say what's on my mind. BAH
5. I loved being pregnant
6. I exaggerate, so some of my verbs are just lies
7. Biggest pet peeve: "nobody's perfect" because in reality, "everyone is perfect." And I do not understand how anyone who believes in God could ever think otherwise even for an instant.
8. I wasn't exaggerating on #7- you are perfect, and so is your kid, so relax, OK. You're perfect. Everything is as it should be.
9. I started my first business when I was 10. Stacy Brandsetter, her sister and my sister and a few other kids in our neighborhood wore yellow Tshirts and called ourselves "The Sunshine Kids." We did odd jobs on evenings and weekends and put all the money into a jar. At the end of the Summer we took all of our families to Wild Waters or something, then out for Dinner and still had money leftover to split.

11. I think too much
12. I eat peanut butter
13. I drink from the milk carton
14. I talk tough but I'm a big sissy
15. I didn't start using 4 letter words until a few years ago
16. I secretly hope that one day I get a big princess wedding
17. I'm resourceful
18. It breaks my heart when people curse at their kids, like the lady in the grocery store who said "get your damned lunchable and let's go."
19. Attention Adults- don't chew with your mouth open. It is really disgusting. It's bad enough when kids do it, but honestly. Blech.
20. I really think 80 pounds is excessive for the car seat laws. Maybe it's a sign of the obesity problem in schools. I didn't hit 80 pounds until I was in high school. My poor shrimpy Madelyn probably won't either.
